Howto implement dual monitor for xfree86

I am trying to implement dual monitor support for display driver for xfree86. Is there any documents or spec. that will show me how to implement. If there is, where can I get it. Thanks

well that's a pretty simple thing to do... i'd point you towards the Xinerama howto at tldp.org as a first port of call. There's vast amounts of documentation around if you look though.
