How To Set Up Lexmark Printer On Red Hat
 
I have lexmark printer ..I don't have tar or rpm files on vendor cd how can i install on linux?

Look at linuxprinting.org, it will have details on how to set up your printer, how well it is supported, what drivers are best used.

If you use KDE its a snap, There is a KDE wizard that sets it up. I have Lexmark Z43 and it installed quick and easy. Goto, Menu > Settings > Printing manager and choose the icon at the very top left and that starts the KDE Printer install wizard.
