plug somethign useful into it and once it's all connected, see what "dmesg" says about it. assuming you're using hotplug and suchlike you should see a /dev/ entry be dynamicaly allocated to it, most likely /dev/sda (and sda1, sda2, sda3... for partitions on a harddrive). then it's just standard fstab entries for that device.
if you do regular swap what's in the drive, you may well want to look at adapting your udev rules (again, assuming you are using udev) so that you can rely on the fact that with a hard drive in it, /dev/usbhdd will exist, and for a floppy... /dev/usbfloppy or whatever takes your fancy. this is also useful because the drive might be normally registered as /dev/sdb, /dev/sdc etc.. if you plug another device in before it, e.g. a camera. very useful.
