How to install second soundcard in Linux

Hello,
i have 2 soundcards in my pc. A SB128 and a builtin AC97 soundcard in my epox motherboard.

I installed debian and x-window and all the stuff and the soundblaster128 worked perfectly. Everything is working for this soundcard.

Now i need to get my second soundcard working. How can i do this? The only thing that i discovered was to add the AC97 module in my kernel, after recompiling i loaded it with "modconf".... but /dev/dsp1 or /dev/audio1 doesnt give any sound =(

so how can i get this working?

thanks you

i made it work... i made modconf and i had to check the VIA8233 module. then i installed the Via drivers from the via page. then i had to start alsamixer to unmute the sound... cool. 2 soundcards are working now =)
