Can somebody help me out here?

when I type the command on the following line, I get the message that follows it:

/usr/local/bin/start_avview
/usr/local/bin/avview_shell: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have the file libtcl8.4.so in /usr/local/lib/

I think my problem might be in this step from an earlier post:
Quote:
Install the rpm using "rpm -Uhv zvbi-0.2.4-1.i386.rpm"

Once this was done, I went to the directory that had avview source and ran
"./configure --with-ffmpeg=COMPLETE_PATH_TO_FFMPEG_FROM_STEP2"
After which "make" and "make install"
I didn't understand what COMPLETE_PATH_TO_FFMPEG_FROM_STEP2 is. Is that the directory which I did ./configure make and make install from?

I just did a ./configure without the --with..... and continued on with make and make install.

So is this my problem or not and how would I fix it? The main reason I don't use Linux daily is because the tv tuner doesn't work. I like to have the tv going while I'm surfing and whatnot.

----EDIT-----------
I got it working now, finally found a site on google that helped.

Unhappy avview can't find ffmpeg

Well i installed ffmpeg first, and i can access it (launch it) from the shell and when i use tha same shell that i compiled, made, and made installed ffmpeg , avview says that it cannot find ffmpeg, i'm gonna try it without the with ** command and see if my card will work!
I wish ati would just step up to the plate and make drivers for this, i paid my money and i want what i paid for!
