How to find out if this ram fits this motherboard and cpu

Old motherboard has reached the end of its life and a new system is to be built while keeping the following ram and cpu:

Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR3 Non ECC CL10 1600MHz CMZ32GX3M4X1600C10

Intel i7 3770T

How do you find out if the above ram is compatible with the following new motherboard?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...9SIA6ZP3R87586

EDIT: This motherboard takes DDR3 1333, the ram I have is DDR3 1600, is the mobo therefore ruled out?

And here's the cooler and its specs (dimensions etc), just in case it matters now that I'm switching from an ATX board to a micro ATX board:

And here's another new motherboard that has all the features wanted. Is it compatible?

Ulysses,

The first one, Intel, is ruled out.

The second one, Supermicro, is okay with 1600 DDR3.

Scroll down to System Memory on:

1600/1333MHz ECC/non-ECC DDR3

Is there any risk that the RAM will not work with the supermicro motherboard despite meeting the DDR3 1600 spec?

While it should work in theory, there's always a risk. Mobos can be finicky with RAM. It's best to stick with RAM on the mobo's tested list, though that's not always possible.

As for the Intel board, my guess would be that it would also work with the kit (though it would run at DDR-1333 speed). I wouldn't bet too much money on it though.

Supermicro lists this information for that board, as mentioned earlier:

1600/1333MHz ECC/non-ECC DDR3

Can they make it any clearer?

Supermicro also gives a specific ram tested on that mobo. Why would they care if everything that meets the stated spec works? Something to do with latencies perhaps.

Specifically, the following 3 8GB sticks have been tested, with a CAS latency of 11:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...019R-_-Product
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-090-_-Product

Whereas the ram I have has a CAS latency of 10:

Do I buy the supermicro board?

Ulysses,

Whilst Supermicro's Tested Memory List refers only to certain Hynix memory modules, it is likely that others also function satisfactorily, even with marginally different latency.

However, you really need to contact Supermicro Support for the answer to this specific query.
