How to find Intel Ham modem driver

I installed Fedora Core 2 three days ago.
My modem is Intel Ham 5628 V.92, and my Kernel is 2.6.5-1.358-i686.
I can't find the driver for my modem.
Any one can help?

Question Intel Ham modem

I have an older (AMD Duron 800) running SUSE 8.0. When I installed SUSE, I had a USR Performance Pro modem and the Intel Ham modem installed. SUSE only recognized the USR device. However, since then, I have removed the USR modem, and am able to use the Intel modem with the USR drivers!? Don't know if this will help, but it might be worth a shot. Cheers, daveb673
