How to enable TVOutput on Ati 9250 ?

I have installed 9250se AGP in Fedora Code 4 and install ati drivers(ati-driver-installer-8.25.18-x86.run)

Using following command to enable the TVOut.

"aticonfig --initial=dual-head --tvf=PAL-I --tvs=VIDEO --hsync=30 --vrefresh=50 -v"

But after that can't login into X Window(black screen).
I try to using Ctrl+Alt+F1 to using the copy of xorg.conf, but i can't change to anohter terminal.

Thanks
