Well, this would probably be better suited to the Slackware board, but no matter.
To set processes to start with the system in Slackware, you make it's corresponding rc.* file executable.
To have PCMCIA services startup with the system, you will want to do the following as root:

chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.pcmcia
After it has been set to executable, you can give it the start parameter:

/etc/rc.d/rc.pcmcia start
To be sure it is working properly.
