how to create v4l2loopback device before on boot?

Hi there,

I have got a usb camera connected to the board, and I would like to create a video loopback device at /dev/video0. At boot-up the usb camera becomes /dev/video0, leaving the video loopback device /dev/video1.
The problem is, I want to have the video loopback device be at /dev/video0 and usb-camera to be /dev/video1 at boot, what's the simplest way doing this?

P.S. i create the video loopback device with 'modprobe v4l2loopback'
