How to cp files to my USBdist?

"mv pic.jpg /media/usbdisk_2/tools/"
mv: cannot create regular file `/media/usbdisk_2/tools/pic.jpg': Read-only file system

..How to figure out?

Your drive is probably mounted read-only. You need to change it to read-write. You don't tell us what distribution you're using or how you have it mounted though, so I can only tell you to check your mount options and/or /etc/fstab.

it's SUSE 10. I just plug in and SUSE recongnize it automatically.
