I have a ASUSŪ TUF GAMING Z590-PLUS WIFI (LGA1200, USB 3.2, PCIe 4.0) -
ARGB Ready motherboard and am running Ubuntu 21.04.
I want to be able to boot from a live Ubuntu 21.04 USB but cannot see how to do that with this BIOS. (ASUS BIOS Ver. 0820).
This BIOS has a Secure Boot facility which it warns must be turned off or keys must be used to boot from what may be an insecure system.
I cannot find any setting to turn off or disable the Secure Boot but 4 keys are saved.
I am asking for any guidance in how to boot from a live USB and to do this I have taken pictures of pages relating to settings available in the BIOS.

In these settings the other OS type option is: Windows UEFI and the Secure boot mode is USER. Using those setting causes Ubuntu not to boot with an error saying a kernel needs to loaded (or similar)

My experience in the past has been, insert the USB, boot to BIOS, choose the USB from the available operating systems and boot that system. Nothing about Secure Boot.
This machine was custom built by a company and it had Windows 10 installed. I dual booted it using the above simple method as I have done many times. Therefore the BIOS may have been updated or some change made since that time.
I don't know if it makes any difference but Fast Boot is disabled in the BIOS.
There is a later BIOS but the only changes relate to Windows 11
