Question How to access linux Fedora core 3 from windows


Hi,

I want to know is there any software for windows so that i can see Fedora core 3 linux partion in windows.

you mean locally or through a network??

If you mean locally, get me if I am wrong but windows can only read fat32 and ntfs. What you could do is make a fat32 partition for your data that both linux and windows can see.

If you mean network, ssh is a nice quick way to see a linux box (google putty for a windows client)

In the same system i have a dual booting option which has windowsXp and FedoraCore 3

Now i want to use my FedoraCore 3 Partion in Windows

what filesystem are you using on your fedora 3??

if u don't use fat32 for linux you can't see linux part. from windows.
because windows kernel support only ntfs and fat32, ? maybe a third party software will do that for u ?

if you are using ext2 or ext3 on your fedora, you can try these programs to access your linux files from windows:
