Angry how Recover my Hard disk Mbr & partion

hai ,

i a vijaya ,
you can mail me in
i have installed win2ks & Linux susi 10.1 it was working well as i rarely used windows for some operations, later i went win2ks, Righclicked my computer to open i see on paration 3.1 as F: i tried to delete partion, suddenly my E:Songs partion deleted & after i reboot my i losted my Hard disk MBR now no where to boot loader missing , then i rebooted by live cd ubuntu to seee i have only C: & D: in my hard disk of 120GB i dont have idea but i installed boot loader in /boot may be in /dev/hda8 which now deleted help me in this regard

i have always seen window always trouble
