how do i get ubuntu to print in reverse order
i have a BROTHER MFC-495cw and i do alot of printing so when i as openoffice, adobe etc to print a document it always comes out 1st page first with the last page on top (when i do it this way i have to go in and turn everything around i'm tired of doing that) i want it to print the page from last to first that way the first page is always on the top of the stack
i am running ubuntu karmik koala and i already mentioned my printer model |
Don't you get the option to select print first page last in the print dialogue box?

Print Dialogs vary a little depending what package you are trying to print from. Always have a look for box to check that says Reversed or Reverse pages. In OpenOffice click on Print and select Options and then Reversed. In Adobe Reader, click on Print and check Reverse Pages under Print Range. Hope that helps Mark |
it did help indeed thanks man, an i also thought that if a want to print a page directly from my browser ican print it as a pdf and print it in reverse order in adobe reader unless there is a slightly better way
