How do I configure MIDI for Maxi Sound MUSE CMI 8738
Hello
I have ALSA 1.05 downloaded and installed but cannot find the documentation to know what to add to the modules.conf file to enable midi support. My goal is to be able to play .MID files besides the .WAV files I can play now.
Can someone point me in the right direction. I looked at the following page but cannot make heads or tails. http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc...&module=cmipci
I think the only way to play midi files on tha Maxi Sound Muse is via software. You must find a software midi player for linux possibly TiMidity++ 2.1.3.0 in my case.
