How change hardware in Dell Dime L800r

I would like to know how to take apart the insides of a donated L800r I received. The clamshell case is easy enough to open, but after that, I see no way to change the optical or HDD. I've searched the web and not found anything helpful. Does anyone know of a site where I can download service manuals for Dell? Thanks.
