I am using Zoltrix Smart Cobra lite 56K winmodem, and I have downloaded it's driver from http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/...s-mdk-x86.php. I am using Mandrake 9.2 and want to know that how can I connect to net in MD 9.2. I mean is their any Dialer through which I can connect, if so how can I open it?
Why kppp is not their in Mandrake? If it is, in which package I can find it?
Thank u very very much

Hello
I installed my modem and then try to connect from Drakeconf. I selected Winmodem during configuration setup. (In the bracket it was showing that a winmodem is detected). Then I click on next and displayed a message
"sorry! ur modem is not supported'
Then I restarted the configuration and now tried to configure it as Normal Modem. I select /dev/modem as modem port. When it dialed the number, I could clearly hear the dial tone and noise coming for it but after few moment it stoped. After a while it again dialed the number and same problem occured and it was continued untill I pluged out the Telephone connector from modem becouse it was not displaying any message or utility to stop that action.
Now what should I do. Please any one help me please.
