High CPU

I'm running 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4

Whenever I watch online movies that use Macromedia Flash Player my CPU goes up between 80-90% and it also lags. I can make it go lower to about 40% by right clicking it and selecting "Low Quality" but then that will make the appearance worser.

What can I do to make the CPU go lower without selecting "Low Quality?"

Help is greatly needed, thanks.

I get slow performance with FLASH player when playing back Google Video. I did not check the processor usage, but it is easy to tell that FLASH videos are slow. It does not matter what Linux distribution or the kernel version. Macromedia needs to start optimizing their FLASH player code by using yuy2 or other hardware acceleration.
