Question Hey! Where did my scroll go?

Yesterday I made an upgrade of my kernel from 2.4.20 (default slack 9.0) to 2.4.21.
Everything is working fine, except, my scroll isn't working under X anymore.
My mouse section in XF86Config:

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse0"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"
Option "ChordMiddle"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"

...and hey, it worked under the 2.4.20 kernel. but not now (???)

Is there something in the kernel that I have missed? (Don't think so)

I have been looking around on this site for diffrent solutions but with no success of working configuration / solutions.

/Tomas

sorry i cant help you more, but here's my section from xf86config (RH 9, btw)

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse0"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "yes"
EndSection

take a look at the protocol, that could be important

and of course, my scroll works

I just tried that configuration, but unfortunately it didn't work =/
Think I have to take another look in the kernel configuration. I have tried almost all possible xf86configurations, whitout success.

Yes!
I managed to solve this problem on my own, had to change the device to /dev/input/mouse0 and load some more of the usb modules.

Thanks anyway.
