help with usb modem

hi there all am new user i wish if u explain for me how can use usb modem ??

my phone is wireless with connector usb with my pc and it's detected with lsusb but i don't know how to use it and where i can edit the username and passwd and phone number to connect ?? please help (Qualcomme usb )
