Help with PCI ISDN Modem

Dear All,

I have Centos4.1 - kernel 2.6.9-22.0.2.EL

I have purchased a PCI ISDN modem from Tornado (TOR-TAKGR128-PB)
On the card however TIPA-PII is written.

The output of lspci is :

00:14.0 Network controller: Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network controller [HFC-PCI] (rev 02)

The kernel during boot up has:

ISDN subsystem Rev: 1.1.2.3/1.1.2.3/1.1.2.2/1.1.2.3/1.1.2.2/1.1.2.2 loaded
HiSax: Linux Driver for passive ISDN cards
HiSax: Version 3.5 (module)
HiSax: Layer1 Revision 2.46.2.5
HiSax: Layer2 Revision 2.30.2.4
HiSax: TeiMgr Revision 2.20.2.3
HiSax: Layer3 Revision 2.22.2.3
HiSax: LinkLayer Revision 2.59.2.4
HiSax module removed
ISDN-subsystem unloaded

There is no ISDN device under /dev

Any one knows how I can make this card to work under Centos?
Maybe it is the device file missing but still i do not know how to create it.

Also I do not know the chipset.
