Help with Ezonics EZ-305 Webcam

Okay, i know that thie webcam is cpia based and i know that it is based in the ICM532A chipset. My system is running suse 9 pro and my kernel is 2.4.21-192. When i do modprobe cpia_usb i get the following

ar 7 00:47:53 linux kernel: Linux video capture interface: v1.00
Mar 7 00:47:53 linux kernel: V4L-Driver for Vision CPiA based cameras v0.8.5
Mar 7 00:47:53 linux kernel: Parallel port driver for Vision CPiA based cameras v0.8.5

now i plug my camera into the usb and this is what i get

Mar 7 00:48:02 linux kernel: usb.c: USB device 4 (vend/prod 0x923/0x10f) is not claimed by any active driver.

Does anyone have any clue how t fix this, the driver is cleatly loaded, but when the camera is connected the kernel will not assign it a driver.
