there really are none... it'd run on a pentium2 200Mhz if you really wanted it to. what do you want to actually get out of it?

in fact, i d like to run a gateway box for a dozen of machines

the gateway box ll run postfix, courier-imap, iptables, Apache

so why redhat 9 standard edition requires 64Mo of ram and 475Mo of disk space ?

could you tell me whats the requirements for redhat entreprise 3 AS edition based on standard installation option
