Help, having problem with mouse.


i'm a newbie to this stuff so bare with me...

i just installed Slackware Linux 8.1
was a success!
but i do have one problem at the moment.
i have a MS Intelli Mouse Explorer Optical V3.0A
usb and ps/2.
and i just can't seem to get the damm thing to work.
don't know exactly what to do.
please help.

step by step would be helpful...

G'day Shawn, welcome to LQ.
Your not the first person to have problems getting this mouse to work properly in linux and the search option will give you the answer you seek.
