HELP ! Error PCI: can not allocate resource region 4 of device 00:05.1

Hi,

I am trying to configure a PXE server to install an ISO image. When I boot my Linux CD on my laptop, I get this error:-
PCI: cannot allocate resource region 4 of device 00:05.1
Error: couldnot detect network interface
unable to provide install services from this machine

I am a newbie at this and appreciate anyhelp regarding this.
