Angry Help! 4th and 5th network card not reconized with redhat 7.3!

I have been trying to get Linux 7.3 (2.4.18-3 kernel) to reconized 5 intel pro/1000 XT cards (3 PCI and 2 onboard) without success! It seems that only three are reconized, the two others are not visible with ifconfig. My PC is a IBM x345.

For some unkown reason, the 5 cards are visible from Linux 8 but not 7.3.

I need 7.3 since I need to add checkpoint NG on the PC.

suggestion anyone!

Help! help! help!
