hello a new in linux and i got a big problem with my ati radeon 7000/radeon ve card

hello me name is akakak and i use linux "fedora core 3".
now my problems:

i got a driver for the ati "radeon 7000/radeon ve" to windows (98,me,2000,xp),but i searched driver to the linux and i didn't find driver to the linux.
because the linux is findding automatic and use the ati "radeon 7000/radeon ve",but the ati "radeon 7000/radeon ve" card but don't give all the options that i have in the xp or 2000 or 98.
option 1:
i have option to use the monitor and the tv.
option 2:
i have option to use only the monitor.
option 3:
i have option to use only the tv.

i search in the ati web,but they don't hold the file to my card iven to windows this days (well is old i know that) so i search in other website's and i found, but only to the windows but not to the linux.

second problem is the monitor in the xp give me max 100 hertz and in the linux i have max option only 55 hertz or 60 hertz.
the linux didn't find my monitor and i thing's it's "tco" but the fedora core 3 dont have that company.

can some one help me with this problems please?
