Hecules Fortissimo 7.1
Hey-
i know this card works, as it has for a few months without a problem.. I did a clean reinstall of Suse 9.1 Pro yesteday, and now the sound wont stay on.. Everything will be going fine, streaming music on XMMS, then i hear a "pop", and no sound.. If i go through yast and setup the soundcard again, i will have sound for about 5 minutes, then "pop", no sound again... Any ideas?
thanks,
-myk

strange... i dont understand why it worked for 2 months, though.. I guess i can just take it out and use the onboard AC97.. At least that is pretty much guaranteed to give me some constant sound..
Thanks,
-myk
