HDD Problem and GFX problem.

Ok, i have 2 HDD's in my PC the Main Drive is Windows and the Second was a storage drive, anyway i removed all my crap from drive 2 and formated *NTFS* it and set a partition for linux then installed it but i noticed i cant see the 2nd HDD in windows now though it should be seen as there is a NTFS partition on it ??

2nd Problem
I cant get the NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4363.run to install

Note: Im using Mandrake 9.1

Thanks w00t

Probably best to use FAT32 partition as opposed to NTFS. You should have no problems seeing the drive then once you have edited the /etc/fstab file. Let us know if you are having problems with this although I do know others have had problems before and a search for mounting windows partition should find what you require.

Good Luck.

More info!!! What happens with the Nvidia??
Are you sure its got executable rights?

chmod +x Nvi.........run?
then run it again.

Cheers, Klod
