hdd data problem

hi list

thess days, in my house was a problem with power supply. when the sistem started he had ask me to run fsck but if fails again because of the same power problem.
Now when I'm starting PC a can't see the Linux HDD in BIOS and he fails to start eny OS.

my question is if I can recover data's from this HDD and how??

i can see the HDD in BIOS but I can't acces the data's. now he tell's like me it is not formated. Befor this problem on this Hdd was a linux partition and a Linux swat partition
