Hauppauge PVR 150 reinstall: no /dev/video0?
I've had my TV card in my Suse10 box for some time now, and had MythTV running perfectly for several months. Due to a sequence of events to convoluted to go into, I'm having to set up MythTV again. However, where it used to find my TV tuner at /dev/video0, there's no longer anything there. I'm at a loss for what to do at this point. None of my TV software (XawTV, KDEtv, etc) are able to get a signal. Could something have happened to the card? I did just update (through YOU) my nVidia drivers. I'm not sure if, or how, that would have any effect.
Here's the output from mythbackend:
Code:

Don't know if that will be usefull. If nothing else, this does tell me the card itself is working, correct?

Setting aside my questions about how my tuner suddenly isn't recognized, where can I find out which tuner matches my PVR-150?

Your ivtv version is the one that shipped in Suse 10. Did you update it previously to get the PVR-150 working? I notice ivtv is also not finding the firmware modules it needs for the card. Since the kernel is the latest I suspect you need to install a current ivtv version.
