Hardware Software Integration Testing Tool in Linux

Hi,

I am looking for a Hardware Software Integration Testing Tool in Linux which has the facility to test Analog Signals, Digital Signals, Loads, Relays etc..,. I have some idea that using scripts (shell, tcl, python) we automate the tests but I need a framework which gives interfaces for supporting the functionalities of some Hardwares like Digital Multimeter, DC Power Supplies, AC Power Supplies etc..,.
Can anybody suggest me the HSIT (Hardware Software Integration Testing) tool in linux?

You want a genrad, my friend.

I would hunt second hand for such a unit, as loads of electronics manufacturing places in the Western World closed down and their stuff is lying idle somewhere.
