Hardware Raid with Shuttle XPC ST61G

Hi I'm using the Shuttle XPC ST61G with FT61 Mainboard. It comes with SATA Raid Sil 3512.

However, after I have set up raid 1 with 2 120GB Sata drive, Fedora Core 2 installer still recognise as 2 sata drives, sda and sdb. Then I tried setting up software raid.

md0 - 110gb ext3 /

sda1 - 110gb (Software Raid 0)
sda2 - 1gb (swap)

sdb1 - 110gb (Software Raid 0)
sdb2 - 1gb (swap)

All looks good but after rebooting the system, it brings me to a minimum grub screen. Tried "root (md0)" but no use. Tried "root (hd0,0)", then "kernel /vm.." No such file or directory.

How should I set this raid 0 up properly?
