Hardware compatibility RedHat 9 (Realtek LAN)

I have installed Red Hat 9.0. I have an onboard LAN Realtek 8201BL.
On Redhat's page it is not listed as a compatible NIC. Does that mean that I need a driver for the NIC, or does that mean that i have to buy a new card that is supported.

It should be compiled in. I'm not seeing it in the kernel as of 2.4.21.
