hardware agent for intel with linux

Hello all.
I have a mission to monitor a linux server (OS and hardware).
First let me tell you that the server is Intel server. and the OS is Linux AS3
Now the OS part is very easy to monitor -> the linux comes with the net-snmp rpm .
Now the Intel ISM is the hard part and here is the problem.
Does anyone know how to install the Intel ISM an the AS3?
Did anyone try? And was successful?
the Intel server comes with a disk with installation for AS2.1 and wont install on AS3 Kernel.
pls HELP!!

elieyal; have you tried intel,s support site? its a great support for their products including linux. best to try there 1st. implore you!

maybe i dont know where to look in the site but there is nothing that i can see for AS3. maby someone already done this before and can save me and others a lot of time in searching...?
