Hard Drive controllers question

Hi,

I have a generic question on Hard Drive controllers.

My system currently has 2 hard drives, 1 cdrom drive and 1 dvd rom drive. This takes up all my space that my motherboard has. I would love to add another hard drive to my system without having to remove what I already have.

Would adding a hard drive controller allow me to add another hard drive?

Actually adding a hard drive controller will allow you to add four more, provided you have the space
