Question Gvc External Serial Modem


I was woundering if somebody knew if the GVC SF-1156V(+)/R21D external serial modem is supported by linux, it is supported in DOS and i believe it is hardware modem and is OS Indenpendent, can somebody tell me if it is supported.

It shouldn't have any problems working in Linux. Probably a good 99% of External serial modems work in Linux.

Ah! Thx , i have been trying to see if it is compatible, now maybe i will get my slackware cds i ordered on ebay and still haven't got.haven't heard from the seller yet
