Grub not sensing arrow keys in FC7

Hi Guys,
I recently installed FC7 on my brand new desktop PC. I have an ASUS M2NPV-VM motherboard with an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 chipset. My processor is AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ - 2.1GHz.
I had first installed windows XP and reserved space for linux installation. I got the FC7 DVD with the PCWORLD Magazine. So i installled it in the free space. After all the formalities of installing FC7, when i first rebooted the PC i was unable to use the arrow keys to select the DOS option which was after the FC7 option. After continuously hitting the arrow keys for 10-15 times the selection went on DOS. Again after hitting keys for 10-15 times it went on Fedora.
I searched the net for the problem but didnt get the solution but one, that the alternative keys for up-down arrow are ^ & v. But i m surprised to find out that in the grub menu other keys are working eg. with 'c' it goes to command line etc. except the arrow keys.
If anybody could help, that would be gr8.

Nikhil

FC7 gub problem

Cmon guys,
I m surprised to see that there is not a single reply for my query. Is my query too difficult, or is it that some elaboration is needed?
Do let me know.

Regards
NIkhil
