Graphics problem - please help!
 

Hi again,

In addition to my tv card not functioning proplerly (previous thread posted) I am also having a slight problem with graphics.

I have installed drivers for it, and someone guided me through getting S-Vid working so that I can use linux with my projector.

This went fine, but since I have discovered that when playing DVD's or movies, tv etc, My monitor will display the image, however the projector returns a blue screen where the movie / tv image should appear.

Please assist!

update - found out that video is diplayed from projector when usinv VLC DVD player. It is just tvtime I am having problems with getting an image on projector (and no sound)

ok projector now DOENSN'T work on VLC dvd player... whats going on???? :confused:

If i open tvtime - no image on projector. If THEN whilst tv time is open I open VLC media player, the DVD's play on projector screen. They will only display on projector if tvtime is opened before!???

you didnt tell us what video card your using, what driver your using, or anything else that could help us figure out what to tell you in this thread. Perhaps if that info is in your other thread, you could either link to it, or copy paste it here.
