Graphics problem

hi all.i have installed FC3. it is working fine. i have Compaq V75 monitor. there is some problem with its display. when i click on start menu and then go in sub catagories nothing apears there unless i run the arrow on them. then they apear but again same problem with other opened windows.

i have Pentium3(1.13GHZ),256 RAM. Please help me to slove this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked your monitor settings? Is it set to your model? Try changing the resolution.
