Gnomebaker DVD Burn Problem

I am trying to use Gnomebaker to backup my downloads. However, every time I try to write a Data DVD with Gnomebaker, I get this failure:

mkisofs: Directories too deep for 'downloads/amarok-1.4.2-beta1/amarok/src/mediadevice/daap/daapreader/authentication' (7) max is 6.

I see that the directory structure is too deep. Is there a way around this problem?
Does anyone know?

Is there another CD/DVD burning program for Linux that you know of that doesn't have
this problem?

Thanks everyone.

Try to make image with a command:
mkisofs -r -D --iso-level 3 -o iso.image <your_directory>

Well, you could try www.nero.com and look for NeroLinux. I don't know if it will help though. Nero is proprietary/closed source and you will need a licence for using it after the trial period (but it does work for some time so you can test). K3b uses mkisofs too, so the same problem could appear.
