Generic USB joypad rumble support?

I have a joypad of an unknown brand (¨König gaming¨), that is recognized as "GreenAsia Inc. USB Joystick " (including all the spaces).

The input works fine, it has two analog sticks and a d-pad, 8 normal buttons (0 - 7) and an escape and enter button (recognized as button 10 and 11, but only if mode has been pressed, otherwise they don´t work) (button 8 and 9 don´t seem to exist). It also has a mode switch. By default (after the game/program initializes the joypad) the d-pad is the first and the analog sticks are disabled, after pressing the mode switch the left analog stick is the first, then the right and then the d-pad.
It also has two vibration motors, one in each handle (visible because the thing is a bit transparent and also mentioned on the box).

All the input works fine without a hitch out of the box (except that it is annoying to have to press mode at the start of each game, but I can live with that), but I would like it to rumble.
evtest says that /dev/input/event3 is the joystick.
fftest says that it none of the functions is implemented.
modprobe iforce makes no noticeable difference.
as it is of an unknown brand I assume the driver it requires is a standard one just like for the input, so I assume the one from
Has anyone an idea if this is actually supported or how I could enable this?

Does nobody know this? I haven't seen any response yet and this seems to me like a very common question.
