Lightbulb Gamepad/Joystick as Mouse

Hey. I was wondering if there is a program out there (that can run under FluxBox) that converts USB gampad/joystick movements to mouse movements? I've seen a ton of these for Windows.

Like if you tilted the joystick left, the mouse would move left, etc.

Any links?
