G33 problem "no devices found"
I bought a Gigabyte motherboard with intel G33 chipset and core 2 quad processor Q6600 at 2.4 Ghz and 8MB cache. I'm trying to install Redhat Enterprise 3 and 4. and error message in case of RHEL 3 wat "no devices were found" at the preinstalling process. in case of RHEL 4 the same message were obtained after the complete installation when the OS booted.

NOTE: the HDD was seen by the motherboard and windows xp were successfully installed.

The problem is that there is no driver support for those older distributions. You'd have better luck with RHEL 5 or another distro. You "might" be able to get it to work if you configure the drives as legacy or native in the bios (I can't remember the exact setting).
