Full screen to Head 1 instead of 0

I run a GeForce 5700 in TwinView mode.

All my apps (games) that go into full-screen mode automatically default to Head 0 in my twinview configuration. Is there something I can set so they go to Head 1 instead? (Or is it possible to switch my head designations - one is DVI and the other VGA so I can't just switch the plugs)?

(Note: My Cedega full screen games go to the right monitor because it grabs the configuration out of the xorg.conf. I don't know where KDE gets it for plain ol' linux apps.)

You can specify the head on the command. Some commands, have an option to specify the display, and you can specify head 1. For example on mplayer:

mplayer -display :0.1 some.avi

If a command does not have the option, you can specify it by prefixing the environment variable:

DISPLAY=:0.1 somecommand

Well I use TwinView so I only have 1 screen. But, that did give me an idea. It is clearly using what *IT* considers the first available resolution. Is there a way to tell it what resolution setting to be using? If I can get it to use a NULL, 1024x768 rather than 1024x768, NULL then I would be set (i.e. without switching screen resolutions before loading the app - is there a command line to do this?)
