Fedora, Suse and Mandrake support smp, you just need to install the right kernel.

From where i get the right kernel??

thanks

you want smp kernels
just about all distros support this.

Its not distro specific, if you have the 2.6.X kernel you can compile in SMP kernel that stands for symmetric multi processing, basically saying you want to use 2 processors recompile the kernel and bam dual CPU support

Yeah like they've said above as long as your kernel (2.6.x) has smp support you can have 2 cpu's. Normally you have to recompile and change the setting though some distros like debian (not sure of others) let you download a precompiled kernel with smp support.
