floppy drive won't work

When I try to access my floppy drive by clicking on my floppy mount icon on KDE desktop, Konqueror comes up, but the following message comes up: "unsupported action listDir." My compaq 1275 laptop is running mandrake 8.1. Any one got any ideas? Google/linux didn't offer any help, at least by typing in "unsupported action listDir."

When the floppy is in the drive, can you open /mnt/floppy directory? Not using the floppy icon, but for example from the console:
cd /mnt/floppy
ls

Thanks Mara! You sent me looking in the right direction. I found out by right clicking the icon on desktop and going to properties and clicking the device tab that the device was set to /mnt/floppy. I changed it to /mnt/fd0 and now it works perfectly. Thanks again.
