Flickering Texture

Hi,
I am using fedora core2, I have two NVidia graphic cards (MX440 and 5900XT) installed on my machine. Whenever I try to run my own graphic application, It is rendered very smoothly but the texture keeps on appearing and disappearing.
I have installed the latest nvidia driver but the problem still exist..
The 3D rendering in being done by 5900XT in a multiple monitor environment.
Can anyone kindly tell me what could be the possible reason.. by the way glxgears gives a very good FPS.
