Find notebook certified by Linux Fundation

Hello!

I'm going to Europe next winter and I want to buy a notebook there. I want to find a shop where I can buy a notebook certified by Linux Fundation or any of those free software fundations.
Anyone can tell me where can I find a "free" shop from there?

I am not aware that a group like the Linux Foundation would certify hardware---have you found anything about this on their website?

There are now lots of vendors selling laptops pre-configured with Linux. For your situation, how would "certification" help?
